By using NOVO EMR, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of Service
NOVO EMR is a digital platform that provides electronic medical record (EMR) management tools for healthcare providers.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. User Responsibility

Doctors are solely responsible for medical decisions and prescriptions

Users must ensure that information entered is accurate

Unauthorized use of the platform is strictly prohibited
3. Data Usage
Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
4. Platform Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee continuous availability.
5. Limitation of Liability
NOVO EMR is not liable for:

Medical decisions made by doctors

Data loss due to unforeseen technical issues

Misuse of the platform by users
6. Future ABDM Integration
The platform is being prepared for integration with ABDM. Once active, additional consent-based workflows may apply.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
